Hello,
I've got a question regarding secoffset using beams, is there a way to have different offsets within the same model? I've got a structure made with shell elements with some beam reinforcement. I'd like to offset the beams so that they're inside this structure, the default is they're centralised half in and half out of the structure. I've tried setting a user secoffset and then meshing the beams on one side of the strucuture, this works ok. When I come to mesh the beams on the other side I change the secoffset to origin which then meshes the beams where I want them to be; the problem is the beams I meshed first have now moved position to the other side of the shell structure and are now outside the structure.
Is there a way to have different secoffsets within the same model?
Many thanks
George
