Seat Belt Issue

Hey there, I'm once again stuck with this little problem.
I want a model a five-point seat belt system around a
seat in a driver's compartment for the sake of safety
issues ... !

So I figured out that I must go using VSS tool for this
... I made one strap out of five using VSS tool ... But
while creating another strap, I'm not able to guess what
would be the X-direction start for this curve:

SKETCHER is NOT showing up because of this X-direction
selection, and I'm unable to sketch anything in the VSS
tool ... What should I do now in your opinion ... ?
