Searching for 1965 ASME Section I Stress Values 1

I am beginning review of the re-rating of a 1966 vintage boiler from 300 psig to 350 psig. Per the NBIC, section 3.4.2, I must use the stress values that were in place for original construction., ie,..Edition 1965. Does anyone know how I may obtain a copy of the 1965 Ed. Section I Power Boilers or where I may view these values.
