seal welding dissimilar materials

which filler material would you use to perform seal welding between 2 different materials like ASTM A182 F316L & ASTM A216 WCB.
Would inconel 625 or inconel 82 be suitable in your opinion ?

Inconel 82 is the typical filler metal for DMW's exposed to service temperatures at or above 800 deg F. Below this temperature, 309 can be used for your stated materials.

for a dissimilar welding between SS 316 and a carbon steel i'll use 309.
