sculpture framework

I'm building a 12' tall fireman and I'm not sure if 4"I beam is enough support for the framework. The sculpture frame will be clad with 20 gage stainless steel. The two I beam legs are welded to 2- 20 x 30" bases of 1/2" steel diamond plate which will be bolted to a concrete base. Is there a resource for advice on this type of problem? I can upload pictures of the frame at it's current state.
