I don't know too much about screw bits other than the PHILLIPS type bit was patented by STANLEY WORKS many years ago. I suggest starting there for that one, and they may be able to provide the dimensions or maybe a website where you may find the others.
The MAchinery's Handbook also has alot of these dimensions shown in the machine screws section.
If all else fails, I suggest purchasing a set and taking measurements. I do realize it would be very crude, but thats reverse engineering for you.
