Is CS + Alloy 625 weld overlay required for SEAL AREAS of SCRAPER LAUNCHER in sour system ? or an alternative sealing material prefered ?

Yes. 3mm weld overlay (625 or 825) is required at mating surfaces of door seal. No alternative sealing material.
