Hi,

I have a device, which size is approx. 200mmx35mmx50mm. Inside the device, there are tens of little elements and compressed gas. I wondered whether it would be possible to scan this device with some technique, such as an X-ray, and obtain a 3D image of this device in a form of a 3D CAD file.
I need to check a few small measurements inside this device, but only after it is fully assembled and calibrated.
Please help.
Regards

I think digital x ray would help you.

Thank you for your answers.

@IRstuff
The measurements would be around 1mm with an accuracy of +/-0.1mm.

Indeed, the X-ray scan seems to be the best and the most accessible option.
