scaling issue

Hi,

I am a beginner here, please please help me.

I got a *.dxf file and opened,
But the problem is its dimension is different from original file.
So I'd like to scale it 1.39 times bigger, (on x,y coordinate)
How can I convert it?

ex) certain distance is originally 11.12 but in the dxf file, it comes out 8.
So I want to make the distance as 11.12 to multiply 1.39.

If you know a certain straight line or distance between points is 11.12xxx and it needs to be 8.000
type on the command line:
scale
all

pick one end of the object that is 11.12xx long or the first point that is 11.12xxx from the other

pick one end of the object that is 11.12xx long or the first point that is 11.12xxx from the other
pick the other end of the object that is 11.12xx long or the second point that is 11.12xxx from the first point
