saving nightmare

can someone help .... i have a file that has 35 line and its 1.5mb ..... i purged,xploded,everything and it still doesnt change and everything is back to standard .... i need to get this file done to like 30k .... and if i redraw it its like 30k .... so something is stuck in there and we need to remove it because thers alot of details we need and they are drawn already so can some help me please .... lol
