Saving 3dxml's v5R16 SP4

I am having problems saving 3dxmls. They seem to save but when I attempt reopen them with the 3dxml viewer or V5 they fail to load. I get all the product structure but nothing else. Any ideas?

Tools -- Options -- compatibility - 3dxml - change from exact to tessalation.
Are you running the latest 3DXML viewer 1.4?
