timed saving reminder 1

Would it even be possible to create something like a timer within Catia that will prompt with a dialogue box to save? Would this require a macro? Or a separate addon?
Possibly a stupid question, apologies.

Timer-based autosave is already implemented, can be turned on in Options.

response, I believe i had that on when i started Catia, and quickly turned that option off. I believe it saves automatically no matter what youre doing which is horribly inconveinant when youre on a roll. Id like a pop up dialogue box to remind to save or an icon that flashes and doesn't stop flashing until a save is made or is dismissed.
is this possible at all?
