save product as part

We are using V5R14. How in the world do I save a product as a single part. There used to be a button for this, but I can't find it. I've looked through the forum and I cannot find it there either. Can you help me out?

Tools-->Generate CATPart from Product.
I am not sure of what version of Catia this went in. You might have to enable a flag in the environment.
IRD_PRODUCTTOPART = 1
