Save as... DXF

I'm running Sortaworks 2004, SP 3.0, and having a problem when trying to save as to either "dxf" or "dwg". If I try to use mapping (to get hidden lines to show up different from visible lines in the exported file), I get a message that "An unsupported operation was attempted". The mapping dialog box then comes up, but is blank, and trying to pick the different tabs produces the same error. Any ideas?

I have seen a similar problem here on another users PC. I ran "repair" from the orig disc, then updated to SP4.1. No problems now.
