sas 650m graphics chipset

can anyone tell me whether this chipset will work with pro/e 2001 & wildfire please?
 
I don't know about that chipset specificially but I researched an SAS chipset in a Compaq 16 laptop. It turned out to be a real dog. It used unified memory architecture which is the cheapest possible way to go. I'd stay away from it.
