SAP2000 OAPI Frequency Dependent Link Properties Function is missing

Hi,

I was looking at the CSi COAPI documentation for the Define -> Frequency Dependent Link Props.. function but I couldn't find it. I did find the Define -> Link/Support Properties function as shown in the image below. I will be writing a code to automate inputs for my dynamic design of pumps. Appreciate for anyone inputs. Thanks,
