Is a simple static analysis carried out without problems?
Moreover, are the deformations of a static analysis as expected? Modal analysis can be carried out? These are simple steps to figure our whether something went wrong during drawing and defining the model.
Otherwise, you can check that the force method has been used in the Pushover analysis and not the conjugate one.
