Hey All,
I'm looking for a Bentley product to replace SAP 2000 which I have been working with for the last 5 years. I need a program which I can model existing buildings and run structural analysis on them for a wide range of projects to these buildings. (ie. overhead cranes supported from trusses, new catwalks and platforms, building additions, new roof top HVAC systems) Most the building were built in the 60's, use steel farming with precast concrete panels and light weight concrete on steel deck for the roof.
Will RAM Steel be my best bet for this? Does Bentley offer other software that will make my transition from SAP 2000 easy?
