i have a problem, i want move the axes of only one element ...the section of the elemet is circular and i want move to the top of the element

im assuming u mean the local axes !!
if that what u want , u can change any lement local axes from assign menu>> frame >> local axes, if its a shell from assign menu >> shells >> local axes
