Was anybody sentenced to prison? 1.3bn is big money but the message may not be strong enough if somebody is trying to convince us that money can cover anything.

Actually the message could be interpreted "as long as you have money to pay fines, you might still get away even if you are killing innocent people".

it looks like there is still an ongoing criminal investigation. So criminal charges be coming.
