Safety Relief Valves; PD5500 vs ASME VIII 1

What are the difference considerations applied to Safety Relief Valves when protecting either a PD5500 code vessel or an ASME VIII one? I know of only one, namely that that PD5500 limits the overpressure in all sizing scenario's to 10% whereas ASME VIII allows up to 21% in fire sizing conditions.

If this PD5500 code vessel is for european market (including UK) then please remember that PD (public document) is no longer a standard - the PED superseeds it. The PED states that the actual pressure must never exceed the design pressure + 10%.

Im not very familiar with PD5500 (or the old BS) allthough i know its a standard for designing pressure vessels - but the actual PSV requirements are now governed by PED.
