SAE parallel tooth splines

Does anyone know or can share documentation that references the SAE standard dimensions for parallel splines, specifically the shaft dimensions. I was able to find the dimensions for the coupling (female) splines in the machinery handbook, however not the shaft splines. I am specifically looking at a 2-1/4", 6B spline.
