Hi, is possible to use EN 13445-16.8 to design supports of vessel designed with ASME VII Div.1? I suppose yes because ASME indications about saddles are non mandatory. Am i right? thanks

Hi, Yes you can. However, if you want to stick to ASME then use ASME Section VIII, Division 2, for saddle analysis.
