SA 215 WCB vs. SA-234 WPB

Is there a major difference between SA-216-WCB (70 ksi) as opposed to SA-234-WPB(60 ksi) other than one is a casting and the other, a fitting ?

Yes, review the actual ASTM/ASME standard specifications.
