S7200 program

Dear All,
I just created one very simple ladder diagram in Step 7 mirco/win with one normal close contact connected to one output, when complier, there is no any error, but when download to PLC, the system said it has non-fatal error, the code is 00082, "illegal instruction, check instuction mnemonics,In Main,at network 1" but I check already there is no any error, what happen to it?Thank you
