I am looking for a reference with S-N curves for bolted joints. The joint we're considering would be like a diving board with a bolted support, so the bolts could see a prying action. Does anyone know of a good reference for those curves?

I would contact the bolt manufacturer.
A good rule of thumb is .57 x the
maximum tensile strength for dynamic
applications. The manufacturer should
have run many tests on their bolts and
have this information available.
