Dear all
in thread384-202775 is a transient analysis in ansys for a rotor
but in ansys when rotational speed changes, we should update rotational speed with frequency of unbalance force.
in harmunic analysis in ansys the command syncro does this.
In transient analysis in one example ansys use nlgeom,on
for updating (nlgeom,on !! so that the gyroscopic matrix is updated)
but in my model when I use combin214 foe modeling bearings,ansys give error. and when I remove this element(pinned/pinned) I get no error. What is the problem? How can I solve my problem?
I used matrix 27 to model bearing, but same problem.
