Run time error from CD

I'm trying to put inventor assemblies on a CD to send to a customer. When I try to open the files from the CD with Autodesk Truview (the viewer the customer has access to) I get a run time error. I've eliminated as many paths that I know of that might prevent the file from opening, but I still get the error. It opens fine on my "C" drive using the viewer.

So why not tell them to copy the files to their hard disk? Wouldn't this solve the problem?
