Rubber-Band not visible, any suggestions?

Hi All,

When I select "Rectangle" and click for the "Start corner" I get no rubber-band rectangle to drag out to the "Opposite corner"

I have tried both holding the Mouse button down and not holding it down, but no rubber-band. It will draw the rectangle where I have clicked for the corners though.

Have I turned an option off somewhere?

Or, does DS not do that?
