Depends. PTFE usually means poly-tetra fluoro ethylene, aka Teflon, and there aren't many other acronyms with those letters. TFE probably means tetra fluoro ethylene. The R probably stands for reinforcement. But, the kind of reinforcement (carbon fiber? glass fiber? mica flakes?) can affect the properties of the stuff.
