Can you upload from a panel view plus, and look at , make changes to the file with ME or SE? I do not have ME station. I can upload the .mer file but am stuck now, I have only used this when I have had the source file.

do you have rsview studio? If so, then yes. If you do not have the original apa. Then you can restore the app from the mer but lots of data will be lost. i.e. macros, alarms..ect..
