I am trying to introduce seismic analysis in etabs v13 using Rpa99 code’s already prepare the response spectrum function and it's inserted in etabs but I have a question about the modal damping value that should be used in dynamic analysis,
In addition does the rpa99 mention anything about scaling factor?
