Row House Party Wall

I have a series of row houses three stories tall. They share interior load bearing party walls. One building experienced a fire and is in the process of being torn down. The interior wall is now an exterior wall. It is load bearing (floor beams rest in wall) I need to secure the wall and make weather tight. Looking for some ideas or sample dwgs.

Provide frost protection for the footings which will likely be shallow because they were intended to be interior and are now exterior (at least until the burned out unit has been replaced).

Provide waterproofing on the two exposed walls. Why do you need sample drawings? Just do what needs to be done.
