Does anyone have any experience with roundness measuring equipment with regards to its uses on blow molded products?
Currently have a manual/mechanical device with an analog indicator gauge. Looking for a solution that accurately measures roundness of part while the user can walk away being productive and return with the data presented (automatically recorded data optional). Trying to steer away from the fancy ($$$) systems.
To add to the original question, has anyone here had that experience AND what have you had the best luck with in regards to part loading (in)consistencies, part warping, fixturing, etc.?
Any tips/suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
