Rough Platform Estimates

I am looking for some rough estimates on the specifications of offshore platforms. Things like size number of instruments, sensors etc...
This can and will be a rough estimate because every platform is very different.

I am looking for a resource that will give me numerous specifications of offshore platforms of all sizes.

If anyone know of a good source that will give me the information that I need it would be appreciated.

There's a programme called Que$tor Offshore sold by IHS Energy that provides cost etimates for offshore platforms: you put in the water depth, through put, no of slots, water injection, gas compression etc and it generates a price using internal data bases. You could probably use that.
