rotating a part

how to rotate a part by a specific number of degrees around a line between two points (or around an edge)?


"rotate component about entity" is a perfect tool for what i needbut only thing is that i cannot enter number of degrees manually.
help?


i know how to rotate it around a line of axis


btw i have solidworks 2010

Is this for an animation? If so, you can create an in-context mate and set and angle mate to two different values at different times.
