Rope light and NEC 1

Hi,

Is NEC considers plug-in rope light ( LEDs in clear tubing 50 ft long) as temporary installation?

Rope installed inside, above drop-in ceiling.

It's more about UL and being approved via UL for permanent installations. And I believe that most are suitable for a permanent install.
