Roof wind pressures in long walkways (Components and Cladding)

Hi I am trying to determine which Net pressure coefficients should I find for a walkway (open bldg.).
The height is 10 ft and the Length is 250 ft long and width 10 ft, flat roof walkway. (h/L=10/250 = 0.04) The ASCE 7-10 provides a table for open roofs Fig. 30.8.-1 but it has a limitation only for those roofs that are between 0.25<h=0.04< 1. This excludes walk ways apparently. Wind tunnel is expensive and will not be applied to cheap structures like walkways. What is the best approach to determine the wind pressures in components and cladding for the roof?

The dimension L is the horizontal dimension of the building, measured in "along wind direction". Based on the diagram shown in Figure 30.8-1 your critical wind load direction will be along your 10 ft dimension. This will also be the direction that you're going to slope your canopy. The short footprint in this direction lends itself to the most critical lateral analysis for your fascia load. Your h/L ratio is equal to 1.0. Design your walkway canopy as a modular unit, with the interior spans being the critical spans.
