Roof Frame adjacent to a wall on one side half its height (Open or Partially Open)

Hi, I have a mono angled roof frame that has no walls with columns at the center (think of it as like the solar roofs on parking spaces). Should I design it as Open or Partially Open if it is adjacent to a wall around half its height on one side parallel to the long side of the frame? This will affect if I give it an internal pressure rather than just external.

Typically we don't count on adjacent structures to shield our structure from wind.
This assumes that the adjacent structure reduces the wind load

However, if the adjacent structure makes things worse (obstructed flow under an open roof) then I'd be inclined to check the structure both ways (with and without the wall being present.
