When we blast say 10,000 cyds on a job site, and crush it, we are going to be crushing more yardage than the take offs Because of the swell factor. What is the correct way to price a situation such as this??

Yes, there will be voids in the resulting material, and a lot of times people forget about that swell. 20% to 30% is a good rule of thumb, depending on gradations of what you get.

You will be handling more yardage (maybe up to 42% more), but you will be crushing the same tonage.
