I'm not sure this is exactly within the scope of this forum, but hopefully there will be some people here with the knowledge I need.
I'm looking for a commerical source for tires for a robot. They should be around 6" in diameter, all 4 need to support the weight of a 75 to 100 lb. robot, and they will need to operate in rugged, offroad, outdoor situations as well as indoor ones.
I know these are some pretty tight constraints, but if someone could just point me in the right direction I would appreciate it greatly.

You should not have to re-invent the wheel.:-) You will need to determine the stiffness needed. McMaster Carr has lots of small wheels and tires.

Try looking through an industrial parts catalog. I looked through Grainger and saw somethings that would work if you loosen your requirements.

Be aware that rugged/off road and small diameter should not be used in the same sentence.

How about ATV tires and wheels?

(yes yes I know they're bigger and commonly support more weight, but will operate by design in offroad, outdoor situations, and there are a myriad of tread patterns so you likely could find one that works well indoors)
