Roark's Formula Question 3

How can I figure out betta value which is not tabulated in Roark's formula table 11-4 case 1-c?

In my case a=1.4b, a1/b=0.11, b1/b=0, Reference is attached

the author is Richard Bares. The original title is "tabulky pro vipocet desek a sten" . Original editor : SNTL Nakladatelstvi technicke literatury - Praha .

The italian edition (the one I attached) is : Calcolo di lastre e piastre con la teoria elastica lineare.

Reading the foreword of my copy I understand that there should be an old edition german/english but I don't know the title

prex, beta is the value from the table however, it is only limited to a certain values of a a, a1, b. b1 where my values differ from what is given in the table
