Hi friends, at the moment several of the compressors reciprocating, the suction valves were extracted on the head cylinder, and according to be carried out studies the road load compression increases to more suction pressure, I would like to know why?, if they are cylinders of simple action

I would like to know what the heck you are talking about.

If you cripple (i.e., pull the suction valves) the head end cylinders, the compressor does minimal work on the out stroke and does all the work on the downstroke. On the downstroke, the rods are in tension, not compression.

The term "road load compression increases to more suction pressure" seems to be mixing up several concepts. I think you might want to go to forum1529 and ask your question in your native language and see if some of the fine people who started that group can help you structure your question in terms that have answers.

details of your simulation are lacking and what you write is not clear . . . zdas04 recommendation for using the forum1529: Translation Assistance for Engineers is a good recommendation.

the important matter to investigate when deactivating a cylinder end is to ensure there is a rod load reversal during each rotation of crankshaft. if head end is deactivated, when compressor piston is TDC, the pressure forces result in nearly a neutral force (force difference due to differing piston areas + slight difference in pressure). when compressor piston is BDC, the pressure forces result in tension. but the inertial forces should result in a net load reversal.

thanks for help , but when I do the simulations in the ARIEL program, the reports show a rod load for "compression" in the cylinders of simple action, but with values small. why is are cylinders of simple action?
