Hello
I am working within automobile section. Our supplier can not manufacture one part according to our requirements.
Now I am going to do a risk assessment/ Risk analysis. I have never done it before. I want to know if there is any standard risk assessment/risk analysis template which I can use for impact of design change?

All the best and thank in advance for all kind of advices :)

If it's an existing vehicle, there should already be a Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), which would reference your component if it were a safety critical element.

TTFN (ta ta for now)
I can do absolutely anything. I'm an expert! faq731-376 forum1529 Entire Forum list

There should also be a DVP&R which lists what tests you need to do (and pass) to ensure that it passed the FMEA
