Ring foundation for storage tank 2

I am in the process of designing a ring foundation to support a Asphalt storage tank which is 100' in dia and 35' length. The foundation is in a high seismic zone. I am figuring out the method to perform seismic analysis. Currently I am referring to API 650 amd ASCE 7 codes, but none of them present a simplified approach. I would appreciate if any members who have some idea about this kind of structure to share their views.
