Dear Abaqus users.
I have couple of questions regarding the Riks method.
1) When applying gravity and a concentrated force in the Riks step, will both loads be multiplied by the load proportionality factor? Meaning: must gravity be applied in a step before the Riks step?
2) In CAE (6.3-1), is there a way to change the axis of history plots from arc-length to Load Proportionality Factor? If not, can the .inp file be modified to do this?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
