One simple method to model ribbed slab should be to draw a normal slab, mesh it manually (using mesh dimensions as per proposed size of ribbed slab module), and providing suitable size ribs along the mesh lines.
BTW...Which ETABS version you are using? Is there any option in software to model a ribbed slab through template?
