Is it possible to reorder the sub-assemblies in revision manager? in SolidEdge I have an assembly with sub-assemblies 1-10 inorder but when opened in rev mgr they are mixed up.

No. And there isn't any reason to. RevMan is for file management and not much more. What are you trying to do in RevMan that you need to reorder the file list?

Shame. Im upissuing 32 assemblies and each needs the sub-assemblies replaced, so it would of been nice to do it 1 - 10 instead of 2,4,5,1,3,6,9,8,7,10 so I think there is a reason.
