Reuse single component

Is there a way that a Part from the Reuse library isnt imported in away it is an assembly? everytime i import parts from the Reuse Library it asks for constrains while there is nothing in the file. is this possible? or is it possible that the WCS of my reuse part goes in the same WCS as the empty field?
i understand that when u import it in an assembly that you need to contrain it. but what if i only want that part with some features as 1 part file.

Can you not just open the reuse component and do a save as new part?
I just RMB on the image in the member select window and selected open.
