I've just been playing around with rendering, making changes to lighting, etc. Now, when I'm not in render mode, the lighting and shadows on my model are changed, and it's hard to work with it. Is there a simple way to solve this problem? How do I return to default lighting and shadows when not in render mode?

Hello Verge

My way to do this very quick is:

View / Display Settings / System colors / Scheme / Initial

I hope it works in your case too.

Thanks for the input, Vasil, but, unfortunately, that didn't work for me.

Actually, what I had to do was:

View > Model Setup > Lights > File > Load Default Lights.

This eliminated all the other lights I had set up, but I've found that they return the next time I open the part.

Is there a way to toggle between default lights and lights that have been set up for rendering? I can see how to toggle any of the lights on or off, but when I toggle the defaults on and the rest of the lights off, I still don't wind up with "default lighting"; I must have moved the default lights at some point (?).
